By placing an order through Vertexfil, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

Vertexfil reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Payment authorization issues

If an order is cancelled after payment has been completed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in the selected currency.

We accept secure payments through the payment methods available at checkout.

For orders shipped within the United States, Vertexfil provides free shipping. The final amount shown at checkout represents the total amount due for the order, including any applicable charges displayed during checkout.

No additional shipping fees, import duties, or hidden charges will be added after checkout.

5. Shipping

Orders placed on Vertexfil are shipped from our US warehouse to customers within the United States.

We offer free shipping on all US orders. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, delivery location, and circumstances beyond our control.

Vertexfil is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

7. Product Use

Vertexfil products are designed for use with compatible FDM 3D printers.

Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate printing settings and operating their equipment safely.

Printing results may vary depending on factors including:

  • Nozzle condition
  • Temperature settings
  • Humidity
  • Print speed
  • User experience

Differences in printing results caused by these factors do not constitute product defects.

Vacuum Seal & Moisture Disclaimer

Our filaments are thoroughly dried and vacuum-sealed with desiccant before shipping to help maintain product quality during storage and transportation.

Due to handling during transit, the vacuum seal may occasionally become less tight or partially compromised. This does not constitute a product defect.

If the vacuum seal is compromised upon arrival, we recommend using a filament dryer or properly drying the filament before printing to restore optimal printing performance.

Heavy Item Packaging Disclaimer

Some Vertexfil products are shipped as bulk packages, including 10kg cartons.

Due to the size and weight of these shipments, the external cardboard packaging may experience minor cosmetic wear during domestic transit, including small dents, scratches, or surface damage.

As long as the internal filament spools are intact and the product quality is not affected, this type of packaging wear is considered normal transportation handling and does not qualify as a defective product claim.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Product images
  • Text
  • Graphics
  • Videos
  • Website design

is the property of Vertexfil and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vertexfil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Warranty

Vertexfil warrants that our products are manufactured according to our quality standards.

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

  • Improper storage
  • Prolonged exposure to moisture or humidity
  • Incorrect printer settings
  • User modification
  • Misuse
  • Normal wear and tear

11. Product Quality Notes

Color Variation

Slight variations in color may occur between different production batches due to manufacturing processes. These variations do not affect printing performance and are not considered product defects.

Diameter Tolerance

Vertexfil filament is manufactured with strict quality control. Minor dimensional variations within the stated manufacturing tolerance are considered normal and do not constitute product defects.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Hong Kong, where HONG KONG STARMAY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
